Maxi Gómez says Mestalla is favourite stadium
Maxi Gómez recently gave an interview to the official LaLiga website, in which he spoke about his adaptation to Valencia CF since joining the club last summer. The striker has won over the fans at Mestalla with his energetic style and important goals.

"The Valencia CF supporters and the stadium itself, which is very beautiful, make it my favourite ground," said the Uruguayan, who is preparing to start the second half of the LaLiga season this weekend. It was precisely against this Sunday's opponents, RCD Mallorca, that he made his official debut at Mestalla, replacing Rodrigo Moreno on 63 minutes.

Also in the interview, Gómez talked about the photo on his social media which got the most 'likes'.
"It was the one I put up of me signing my contract with Valencia CF. It's a photo that I took with my hand on the club badge, and it's very beautiful," he explained, in a round of rapid-fire questions.

Given a quick 'name association' game with his teammates, Gómez said that Gabriel Paulista was 'the strongest' Daniel Wass 'the most vain', Rodrigo 'the most affectionate', Gonçalo Guedes 'the fastest' and Jaume 'the biggest joker' in the Valencia CF dressing room.
